PRIVACY & YOUR DRAFTS
Privacy at Music Paper Maker.
The worksheet maker saves drafts in your browser. Sharing is optional: worksheets you submit to the Community Library are stored on the site and reviewed before publication.

Worksheet content and browser storage
Music Paper Maker stores your worksheet drafts in localStorage under the key music-paper-drafts-v1. This includes titles, passages, prompts, layout settings, and the last activity you selected. Storage stays on the current browser and device until you clear it. Ordinary draft editing does not upload your content to the site or send it to an AI service. Using Share worksheet saves a separate sharing copy in localStorage under music-paper-share-v1 until you submit it or clear saved worksheets. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to reopen its drafts.
Printed Name and Date lines are blank spaces for paper copies; the maker does not ask students to submit those details. Keep confidential student information out of worksheet text.
Community Library and sign-in
Public browsing does not require an account. When teachers sign in with ChatGPT to share, the hosting service provides a stable site-specific account ID, email, and optional account name. The site uses the account ID to associate submissions with their contributor, and uses the owner’s account to authorize review. Your email and sign-in account ID are not included in public library listings. You choose the creator name displayed publicly.
Submitting uploads a copy of your worksheet, its description, public creator name, grade band, activity, submission time, and review status to the site’s database. Pending and declined worksheets are accessible to their contributor and the site owner. Approved worksheets, including their full text, are available to everyone for free classroom use. Review notes are visible only to you and the owner.
Use My shared worksheets to withdraw a submission. Withdrawal removes it from the public library and deletes its submitted worksheet text, description, creator name, and review note; a minimal record of the account ID, grade/activity, status, and times remains for abuse prevention. Copies other teachers already printed or saved cannot be recalled. Clearing browser drafts does not withdraw submissions. Sign-in uses the hosting provider’s authentication and session controls; sign out when using a shared device.
Hosting and technical information
Requests to this website pass through its hosting provider. The provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information to deliver and secure the site, under its own policies. Music Paper Maker does not currently add an analytics service or a tracking pixel.
Advertising and cookies
No advertising network is active in this release, and the application does not currently load advertising scripts. If advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the provider and the consent controls in use before ads are activated.
Google advertising, if enabled, may use cookies and other identifiers. Third-party vendors, including Google, can use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize ads. Users can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center, and read how Google uses information from partner sites. These links describe a possible future provider; they do not mean ads are enabled today.
Links and recordings
Composer references and other external links open websites with their own privacy policies. Music Paper Maker does not embed an audio player or recording. Your teacher selects any listening recording separately.
Who this site is for
Music Paper Maker is a planning and printing tool for teachers. It has no student accounts, student submission forms, or public student profiles. The classroom handouts can be used with students without asking them to visit this site.
